Elegant Flyer steerable sled is built like a piece of fine furniture that trumps everything else on the sledding hill. Each steerable sled is made of fine figured woods in Silverton workshop, and each sled is signed and numbered by the sledmaker. The design follows that of the Ultimate Flyer, with patent-pending steering and durable black plastic skids on the bottom. Elegant Flyers are made from curly maple and flame birch, with black-stained willow handrails. The Elegant Flyer meets all ASTM and USC child safety criteria. The finish is lead-free.
